Forensic Audit Management
A forensic audit is an independent investigation conducted by a team of diverse specialized professionals. Its aim is to detect the existence of crimes or criminal risks within corporate structures. The information gathered through a forensic audit, if appropriate, can be used to accuse relevant officials and also to defend against an ongoing investigation being conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office, by developing a parallel case theory.
The criminal direction in forensic audits allows us to work closely with the audit team to establish specific investigative guidelines tailored to the client’s needs in the context of the particular case.
